The conversation most athletes never get
Most athletes have good coaches. Very few have ever had a direct conversation with a world-class athlete about how they train, how they approach racing, or what changed when things clicked for them.
You'll meet 1:1 with Aurora or Grace for a focused 30-minute virtual session built entirely around your performance and your goals. There are no modules, worksheets, or one-size-fits-all advice. Tell them where you're at, and they'll draw on their own training, racing, mental performance, goal-setting and fueling to help you see what's holding you back, what to prioritize, and what to stop spending energy on.
- Diagnose your performance gaps
- Gain insights into what coaches at the next level look for
- Pick the brain of an elite athlete
- Get your performance questions answered
Train, prepare, compete and recover like the best
There's no secret sauce to unlocking your potential on the track, in the field, or on the cross country course, but there are steps you can take beyond training and competing. With High Performance Mentorship, athletes and parents identify what's missing and learn from athletes who developed from high schoolers with big dreams, to NCAA standouts, to the world-class pros they are today.
If you're showing up to practice and putting in the reps, but feel like there's more in your tank, High Performance Mentorship is here to help you with your mental approach to competition, recovery, motivation, fueling, and more.
The right feedback at the right moment is worth months of trial and error.

Aurora Rynda
Professional middle-distance runner · 2025 World Indoor Championships
Aurora has raced at the 2025 World Indoor Championships and the Pan American Senior Championships. At the University of Michigan, one of the most talent-dense programs in NCAA Division I, she became an 11-time Big Ten Champion and 8-time All-American in the 800m, 600m, 4x400m and DMR.
She gives you what she wishes she'd learned sooner: the pieces that take most athletes years to figure out on their own.
Grace Fetherstonhaugh
Professional steeplechaser · Team Saucony · 2022 & 2025 World Championships
Grace has raced at the 2022 and 2025 World Athletics Championships and the 2025 World Cross Country Championships. For high school athletes
This is for you if…
- You're training consistently but your times aren't moving the way they should
- You're close to recruiting standards and want to understand what's still in the way
- You're not sure your training is preparing you for the next level
- You want feedback from someone who has competed in Division I and at the highest level, not just read about it
For parents & guardians
Why it's worth it
If your athlete is serious about competing at the next level, the gap most families underestimate isn't dedication, it's direction. A single session with a professional athlete who earned a Division I scholarship and competes internationally gives your athlete honest, personalized feedback from someone who has lived it.
Training is only part of the recruiting equation
Performance and strategy have to work together. Recruitment advising gives you a personalized recruiting plan: the right programs, how to reach their coaches, and how to navigate the process from research to commitment. Mentorship and advising are designed to complement each other.
